My name is Florin losub, I’m a pastor serving at MLI as a Church in Mission Coordinator. I joined MLI in 2002 helping Eugen Groza with the Church Partnerships program (conferences, Christian camps, keeping in touch with the Romanian partners). In 2007, Leadership Development was created, since then I have worked developing new small groups, organizing regional training, short-term mission visits, etc. The job that I have at MLI is like an extension to my ministry calling. Under close supervision of Emil Toader, Church Partnerships and Leadership Development got a new name all together: Church in Mission.
