If you received our newsletters and LINKs during the course of 2022, then you read how Missio Link International had a remarkable year filled with transformations. Whether you have partnered with us since our beginning (1994) or just recently joined our ministry family this year, there are probably a good number of things that you do not know about the partnership between Missio International (MI) and Missio Link International (MLI). Here are a few things that you may not know!
- Did you know that MLI facilitates a network of 93 churches throughout Romania?
- Did you know that MLI served over 500 at-risk children last year?
- Did you know that one of MI’s board members has served for 29 years?
- Did you know that in MLI’s Leadership Development program, there are now 21 active sites (cities and villages) and more than 423 active participants– and nearly 45% of these emerging leaders are women.
- Did you know that with your help, MI raised $255,000 for Relief in Ukraine?
- Did you know that, as an organization, MI’s roots go back to 1991 when Alec Woodhull first met Eugen Groza on a vision trip to Romania?
- Did you know that Missio International’s Board of Directors (based in Knoxville, Tennessee) reside in seven different states (Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia) and collectively represent over 250 years of ministry experience on behalf of God’s people in Romania?
